About the Author & Illustrator
Alison Goldberg is a writer based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the author of I Love You for Miles and Miles and Creating Change Through Family Philanthropy: The Next Generation. She blogs about activism in children’s literature and loves researching everything from marine life to contemporary art for her books.
Mike Yamada is an illustrator and animation production designer based in Pasadena, California. He has contributed to many animated films, including How to Train Your Dragon and Big Hero 6, and has illustrated several books for children, such as Bedtime Blastoff! by Luke Reynolds and Kai to the Rescue! by Audrey Penn.
